Where does one begin when describing Zandra Rhodes? A fashion mainstay since the 60's, Rhodes has established much more then a model of success in the fashion industry...she's the blueprint. Rhodes has an extensive resume including everything from costume to interior and exterior design. With innumerable awards, exhibitions, and publications Rhodes is without a doubt a fashion icon to be reckoned with.
Being an expert in print textiles confirms Rhodes as a fashion authority, and this season she could not be any more influential. She has created a collection meant for the it-girls. Gladiator-like dresses equipped with gold thread embroidery and accessories mixed with a strong 60's swinger influence are a consistent theme in this season's collection. She has mixes it up with tribal-like patterns, floral prints, contemporary cuts, and sequins galore.
