Diesel just released a new collection of denim called the Bastonati for Spring/Summer 2009. This line consists of jeans where no pair is exactly the same. The innovative treatment is done by hand to give it its unique character. They word Bastonati is Italian for "beyond recognition", which is the best way to describe this one-of-a-kind denim line.

The Bastonati Denim Collection comes in several styles from the Matic and Nevy for women to the Viker, Poiak, and Heeven for men. We especially like the Matic for women. It's a super slim fit with an extra low waist and a tight leg. For the guys we like the Poiak. It's a slim fit with a 3rd back pocket and zipper front.

The collection will be released everywhere this summer, but take a sneak peek at www.diesel.co.jp/denim
