Hellz Bellz isn't your typical women's sneaker style streetwear. Lanie, the designer of Hellz Bellz pushes the boundries every season, first starting as a t-shirt label and then expanding into real collections. Once again Lanie has come out with something different for Spring 2008. Her personal style really shines through in this collection and that's one of the biggest reasons why this collection seems the best so far.
Lanie added a lot of edge into this collection, but that comes with no surprise. Hellz Bellz Spring 2008 Collection infuses her signature bad-girl style with some glitz and glamour of the underground dance rock scene. Leopard print is revamped from its natural color into a loud combination of blue and red. Shiny gold skinny pants make a bold statement. And to top it all off this collection is sexy with lots of attitude and flamboyance.
Lanie also teamed up with INSA, a Graffiti Artist and Graphic Designer from London to do one of the prints on a pair of jeans she made for this collection. Their styles have a synergy to them, so the collaboration came out looking great. INSA's provocative designs and Lanie's bad-girl style is a perfect combo featuring a stiletto heel as the main design element.
