There's a new streetwear tradeshow coming to the Lower East Side of NYC this summer, and it has a good mix of quality sneaker-culture streetwear brands as well as 'real' streetwear fashion. For those that don't know, 'streetwear' is a fashion term that's been around for ages - it doesn't just refer to the all over hoodies and stuff like that.

"(capsule) is a new fashion event designed to bring the world’s most directional independent menswear designers, super premium street wear and lifestyle brands together under one roof for the very first time. Presenting a highly-edited capsule of collections from around the world, (capsule) reflects the look of the new consumer and presents a fresh approach to the fashion tradeshow."

The brand list is pretty solid, featuring Alife, B Son, Barking Irons, Baxter of California, Cassette, Corpus, Fiberops, Fremont, Gilded Age, Henrik Vibskov, Josh Podoll, Mike & Chris, Umbro by Kim Jones, One True Saxon, Unconditional, Wood Wood, and Yoko Devereaux.
